Meridian is a real estate development firm focused on growing secondary markets throughout the central United States. Meridian’s parent company, Cornerstone Associates, LLC, has a 30-year history of successful LIHTC development across the Midwest and Mountain States. The combined portfolio of both companies includes over 30 developments in dozens of communities throughout Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wyoming and Colorado.

Meridian manages all aspects of multifamily real estate development, from property acquisition and entitlement through construction to ongoing asset operation and disposition. As a vertically integrated firm, Meridian has the staff and expertise to navigate each phase of the development process.
